The original Form 4, filed on January 29, 2025, incorrectly reported the number of derivative securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction in Table II, Box 9 as 9,477. Mr. Bhatt was granted 17,000 exercisable shares on February 19, 2021. Therefore, the figure reported in Table II, Box 9 following the originally reported transaction should have been 13,727.
