Marcus Frampton has beneficial ownership of shares of Scientific Industries both directly in a personal capacity and indirectly through control of Falcon Juneau, LLC. Falcon Juneau, LLC is a private investment partnership controlled by Marcus Frampton in which Marcus Frampton has a less than 50% economic interest. Following the transactions disclosed herein, Marcus Frampton owns 10,313 shares directly in his name and controls 59,810 through Falcon Juneau, LLC.
