On February 9, 2021 the Reporting Person exercised a warrant to purchase an aggregate of 614,310 shares of the Issuer's common stock for $6.43 a share. The Reporting Person paid the exercise price on a cashless basis, resulting in the Issuer's withholding of 246,720 of the warrant shares to pay the exercise price and issued the remaining 367,590 shares of common stock to Reporting Person.
