Remarks
The reporting person did not stand for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of AH Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company"). Therefore, the reporting person is no longer a director of the Company effective as of June 17, 2026. As a result, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, in connection with his transactions in the equity securities of the Company and therefore will no longer report any such transactions on Form 4 or Form 5.
