The Class B Common Stock is convertible into an equal number of shares of Class A Common Stock at any time, at the holder's election, and has no expiration date. On June 13, 2025, the Bain Capital Venture Entities (as defined below) directed the sale of 700,000 shares of Class B Common Stock, resulting in the automatic conversion of the shares into Class A Common Stock upon execution of the sale.
