Remarks
Diodes Incorporated has been informed that as of July 17, 2023, Keh-Shew Lu was no longer a custodian on any and all of his grandchildren's Uniform Transfer to Minor Accounts, and he no longer has any control or authority over the shares in those custodial accounts. As of the prior Form 4 filing on May 30, 2024, those custodial accounts represented 46,150 shares.
