This Form 4 is being amended solely to correct that on August 18, 2022, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that she sold 17,997 shares of the issuer's common stock at $6.80 per share on August 16, 2022, due to an administrative error. As noted above, the Reporting Person actually sold 18,786 shares of the issuer's common stock at $6.51 per share on August 24, 2022. The number of securities reported in Column 5 reflects the Reporting Person's direct beneficial ownership immediately following the corrected transaction. The shares of issuer's common stock were sold solely to cover the reporting person's tax obligation arising from settlement of vested restricted stock units.
