On September 1, 2021, AB Private Credit Investors Corporation (the "Fund") closed a capital call, pursuant to which Mr. Sebastian was obligated to make a capital contribution of $8,000.00 on September 1, 2021 to the Fund, and the Fund is obligated to issue shares of the Fund's common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Shares") to Mr. Sebastian, provided such capital contribution was funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of Shares that will be issued to Mr. Sebastian in respect of this $8,000.00 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Sebastian will amend this Form 4 once the number of Shares has been determined.
