On the date hereof, Mr. Evans owns 6,309.8954 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Stock") of Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. II (the "Company"). In addition, on April 12, 2024, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Evans is obligated to make a capital contribution of $25,000 on April 24, 2024 out of his $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Mr. Evans, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Stock that will be issued to Mr. Evans in respect of his $25,000 capital contribution is unknown.
