On the date hereof, Ms. McGee owns 624.580 Common Units of limited liability company interests (the "Common Units") of Goldman Sachs Private Middle Market Credit II LLC (the "Company"). In addition, on June 13, 2022, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. McGee is obligated to make a capital contribution of $6,300 on June 15, 2022 out of her $90,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Units to Ms. McGee, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Units that will be issued to Ms. McGee in respect of her $6,300 capital contribution is unknown. Ms. McGee will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of Common Units has been determined.
