Remarks
The reporting person filed a Form 4 on 01/25/2024 which inadvertently reported the vesting of 856 shares on 01/24/2024 of Common Stock in a private purchase or on the open market. That amount of 27,191 (regular shares) that was reported included the amount of 856 shares which was filed on a separate line item in addition to 4,647 (restricted shares) and 2,500 (LPL Brokerage which were shown on a separate line item as well. These amounts will be added together and be shown as a holding of 34,338. I will also show a holding of 22,115.6181 ESOP shares and 25,430.4039 401k shares.
