Remarks
The reporting person filed a Form 4 on 01/25/2024 which inadvertently reported the vesting of 98 shares on 01/24/2024 of Common Stock in a private purchase or on the open market. Those amounts were included in the amount of 656 (regular shares) which was filed on a separate line items in addition to 5638 (restricted shares) which were shown on a separate line item as well. These amounts will be added together and be shown as a holding of 6,294. I will also show a holding of 2160.8931 ESOP shares.
