Remarks
The reporting person filed a Form 4 on 01/29/2024 which inadvertently reported the vesting of 296 shares on 01/25/2024, 61 shares on 01/26/2024 and 122 shares on 01/26/2024 of Common Stock in a private purchase or on the open market. That amount of 1,546 (regular shares) that was reported included the amount of 479 vested shares which were filed on a separate line items in addition to 4,641 (restricted shares) and 2,980 (CTIC WTM) and 1,528 (CTIC IRA) which were shown on a separate line item as well. These amounts will be added together and be shown as a holding of 10,216. I will also show a holding of 1,044.0708 ESOP shares and 390.6648 401k shares.
